PMG becomes PMG Solutions
In 2023, PMG was acquired by Maxime TROCHOUX and Alexandre ANDRE-CHARTIER. They worked together a first time to acquire ETABLISSEMENTS ROMAIRE (2018) and are quite familiar with the business, with customer expectations and with the development potential. They decided to continue their collaboration and established a new independent structure: PMG SOLUTIONS.
PMG acquired by Etablissements ROMAIRE
PMG was acquired in 1999 by Etablissements ROMAIRE. This acquisition allowed PMG to develop its product line, particularly for special machines, and to position itself with major international clients. Its equipment is recognized for its reliability and is installed throughout the world.
